Condolence: I knew Shirley from rug hooking school in Holland, MI. She was in my class for 2 years and then we maintained our friendship in years after. I admired her hooking, especially the large Oriental. I miss her laugh and sense of humour. My sincere condolence to all her family. She was a lovely lady.

Condolence: My sincere sympathy to Andy, Matt, Chrisann, Julie, Faith and the Winkelpleck family. Shirley was a lovely lady who I initially met on a senior center bus trip. I admired her then for her strength and especially her positivity as she was recovering from chemo at the time. Shirley joined us at the weekly skipbo game at the Hartland Senior Center and brightened our day with her contagious bursts of laughter and pure delight that would have heads turning throughout the room! What a talented and skillful lady she was with her hook rugs and penny rugs. Shirley was very kind and generous, a beautiful gal, inside and out. I shall miss her so much. I feel very blessed to have known Shirley and will never forget her. I just hope they have lots of CHOCOLATE in Heaven, Shirl! My condolences to all the family.
